Many of Amos's clients notice that they feel lighter after a session. We recommend that you assess how you feel and if you notice that you feel lighter or uplifted that you are resonating to the energy. It may be helpful to approach your mind, body and spirit health with a preventative mindset instead of a recovery mindset. A monthly session may be helpful for optimum health combined with your regular visits with your physician.
